LTC Consulting Services was formed over 5 years ago as a solution to maximize
billing and collections for skilled nursing facilities.
The partners Michael Bauman & Mark Josefovic have been in the Nursing Home
industry for several years prior to creating the company. With a wealth of experience and knowledge of the ins and outs of day to day operations and billing, they embarked on a mission to create an offsite central business office for nursing homes.
This idea evolved into the most efficient and effective business office solution
available in the industry. Michael & Mark created a system for the billing which proved
to be highly effective and successful. Designating a point person for each facility and
a managerial team to oversee the operations gave LTC the edge through having such
a powerful and knowledgeable force to oversee all aspects of the business office for
each individual facility.
LTC’s team has created a fool proof tracking system to properly track every resident ensuring that the payer sources are properly in place before the billing needs to be processed. LTC’s systems and procedures have proven to be extremely successful.
